Full Terms — Detailed Clauses

• 1 Eligibility and Registration To register and use td99, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. td99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without notice and any balances forfeited. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register.
• 2 Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities You agree to use the td99 platform solely for your personal entertainment. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: operating multiple accounts, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit game logic, engaging in collusion with other players, using the platform to launder funds, and accessing the platform on behalf of a third party. td99 monitors account activity and reserves the right to terminate accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
• 3 Deposits and Funding Your Account td99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. td99 does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers arranged outside the platform's supported payment channels. Deposits are credited to your td99 account balance once confirmed by the payment processor, typically within moments for mobile wallet transactions.
• 4 Withdrawals Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. td99 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Unverified accounts may face delays pending KYC review. td99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• 5 Intellectual Property All content on the td99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, branding elements and the td99 trademark — is the property of td99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, copying or exploiting any platform content without prior written authorisation from td99 is strictly prohibited.
• 6 Limitation of Liability td99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While td99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, the platform does not warrant that access will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. td99 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. td99's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 7 Termination and Suspension td99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player breaches these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a player's conduct is abusive toward staff or other users, or where regulatory obligations require account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
